Um pequeno restaurante no primeiro andar do edifício que pertence ao Ginásio Clube Tavira, que só quem sabe que existe chega lá.
Comemos uns carapaus grelhados muito saborosos, acompanhados por uma bela salada mista e vinho branco da casa. Ainda comemos sobremesas caseiras (a mousse de chocolate estava divinal) e nem pagámos 10€ por pessoa.
Que se mantenha aberto por muitos e bons anos.
Tavira's best kept secret.
A small restaurant on the first floor of the building that belongs to Ginásio Clube Tavira, which only those who know exists will get there.
We ate some very tasty grilled mackerels, accompanied by a beautiful mixed salad and white house wine. We still ate homemade desserts (the chocolate mousse was divine) and we didn't even pay € 10 per person.
Keep it open for many good years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wholesome cooked food at a great price. Fell upon this venue after becoming fed up waiting to be approached at another establishment. Diners were local Portuguese in the main. The first floor dining area was spotless and a welcome relief from the heat outside. The owner was so helpful and translated the menu to us as we were non Portuguese speakers. Great little find and an escape from the normal tourist fare.
