Os equipamentos e as máquinas são do melhor, dá para treinar tudo e mais alguma coisa, variedade de máquinas que possibilitam modificações também é top! Não há motivos para não se inscreverem!!
The best gym in Lisbon and one of the best in Portugal. Attentive and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, and going down to business in a gym... The equipment and machines are the best, you can train everything and anything else, variety of machines that allow modifications is also top! There is no reason not to sign up!!
