★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very up beat gym, not your typical "let's walk on a treadmill for 2 hours", everyone knows each other and the PT's know and follow the routine for each individual. Although the place is fairly small and the restrooms are tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym. Amazing equipment. Super friendly staff. Marco helped my spouse and I get set up with an account and as we don't speak portuguese he was a great help in registering us in English and giving the tour in English. I love the music and different work out sections.
