Os horários foram cumpridos, os motoristas simpáticos, no regresso o motorista informou que era obrigatório o uso da mascara toda a viagem e que tinhamos de usar cintos de segurança( tal não aconteceu na ida), velocidade moderada com segurança. O autocarro da ida as cadeiras eram incómodas pois não havia almofada encosto para a cabeça e o do regresso já tinha e fez grande diferença. Anunciam preços desde 4.99€ mas depois a realidade é outra. Para 2 pessoas pagamos 19.98€ ida e 29.98€ volta(f.d.semana). Mas mesmo assim valeu a pena e voltarei a utilizar os serviços se continuar a compensar.
 I enjoyed the experience. The schedules were adhered to, the drivers were friendly, on the way back the driver informed that it was mandatory to wear the mask throughout the trip and that we had to wear seat belts (this did not happen on the way), moderate speed safely. On the outbound bus, the chairs were uncomfortable because there was no headrest cushion and the one on the return bus already had and it made a big difference. They advertise prices from €4.99 but then the reality is different. For 2 people we pay €19.98 one way and €29.98 back (weekend). But it was still worth it and I will use the services again if it continues to pay off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajei para Sevilha com a família e alguns amigos. Queríamos poupar por isso escolhemos o Royal Express. Não me arrependi! 8 horas de viagem, porém os autocarros têm Wi-Fi, as poltronas são confortáveis e os colaboradores são simpáticos ?
Traveled to Seville with family and some friends. We wanted to save so we chose Royal Express. I didn't regret it! 8 hours of travel, but the buses have Wi-Fi, the seats are comfortable and the staff are friendly ?

Top vehicles, very comfortable, very friendly drivers who are always ready to help, cheap trips when purchased in advance, possibility to book a specific place, an experience to be repeated for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busride Porto-Cascais in July was cancelled by Royal Express. We agreed for a refund. So far (mid Oktober) still no refund received. Contacted Royal Express many times. The excus is that their Paypal account got cancelled. I am asked to wait until this is resolved for more then a month. I suggested to make the refund fia regular bank account but that was not accepted. Worst customer experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable buses. It’s a new company and I hope it grows. The drivers are nice unlike RedeExpressos that looks like you’re doing them a favor by hopping onto their buses.
They could just improve one thing: Wi-fi, the connection is terrible.
