Comprei umas calças nesta loja no dia 1 de Setembro. Não experimentei e disseram me que poderia trocar depois. No dia 20 do mesmo mês fui à loja para trocar a peça, devidamente etiquetada e com o talão. Informaram-me que não daria para trocar pois já tinha passado mais de 1 mês. Pensei que estava a falar outra língua. Voltei a dizer que só tinham passado 20 dias. A senhora respondeu me que o prazo eram 15 dias e que se fossem 3 ou 4 duas a mais, muito bem, mas que assim não daria. Respondi lhe que tinham passado 5 dias do prazo de troca.... A senhora respondeu que não trocava pois já tinha passado muito tempo. Voltei a insistir pois o prazo de 15 dias parece me curto, particularmente num momento de Pandemia. Voltou a dizer me que já não dava... Pedi o livro de reclamações. Respondeu-me com desdém que era tudo online. Pedi-lhe o nome para a identificar na reclamação e respondeu-me... Chamo me Isabel e chega. Sou a dona, chega! Uma resposta com total desprezo pela cliente. Com arrogância! Este tipo de atitudes em nada são atrativas para fomentar as idas à Baixa da cidade e o comércio tradicional. Lamentável!
I bought some pants at this store on the 1st of September. I didn't try it and they told me I could change it later. On the 20th of the same month I went to the store to change the piece, properly labeled and with the receipt. They informed me that it would not be possible to change it as it had been more than 1 month. I thought you were speaking another language. I said again that it had only been 20 days. The lady replied that the deadline was 15 days and that if there were 3 or 4 two more, fine, but that would not work. I replied that 5 days had passed for the exchange period.... The lady replied that she would not exchange it as it had been too long. I insisted again because the 15-day deadline seems to me to be short, particularly at a time of pandemic. He told me again that it was no longer possible... I asked for the complaints book. He replied with disdain that it was all online. I asked her name to identify her in the complaint and she replied... My name is Isabel and that's it. I'm the owner, enough! An answer with total contempt for the customer. With arrogance! This type of attitude is not at all attractive to encourage trips to the downtown area and traditional commerce. Unfortunate!
