★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive quase 2 meses para substituir o parabrisas do meu carro sem nunca me contratarem e por fim tive que rumar a outra oficina para substituir o dito parabrisas e esperei 3 dias para ser contactados e 4 dias para o serviço estar pronto
I was almost 2 months to replace the windshield of my car without ever hiring me and finally had to go to another workshop to replace the windshield and waited 3 days to be contacted and 4 days for the service to be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionario criou dificuldades para uma simples troca de vidro. Ainda me questionou se sabia o que era quebra isolada de vidros.(nao é a primeira vez que tenho um vidro partido). De salientar que eram 16h55, se calhar foi isso. Incompetencia ao mais alto nivel. Nao recomendavel.
Entretanto fui a outro sitio e adivinhem, vidro trocado com autorizacao do seguro.
The official created difficulties for a simple exchange of glass. I still wondered if I knew what it was to break glass. (It 's not the first time I've had a broken glass). Of note that it was 16:55, maybe that was it. Incompetence at the highest level. Not recommended.
However I went to another place and guess what, changed glass with insurance authorization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissionalismo no atendimento. Dirigi-me ao Glassdrive de Ovar, no dia 6/7/2020, à tarde, para efetuar uma reparação de um vidro. Fui recebido por um funcionário que nem "boa tarde" disse. Limitando-se a dizer "a receção é por aquele lado, sff", com visível mau humor. Respondi-lhe "boa tarde", ao que o sujeito me respondeu: "Boa tarde. A receção é por aquele lado, sff", com o mesmo mau humor. Será escusado dizer que o carro não ficou lá...
Bad professionalism in service. I went to the Glassdrive of Ovar, on 6/7/2020, in the afternoon, to carry out a glass repair. I was greeted by an employee who didn't even say "good afternoon". Just saying "the reception is that way, sff", with a visible bad mood. I replied "good afternoon", to which the guy replied: "Good afternoon. The reception is on that side, sff", with the same bad mood. Needless to say, the car didn't stay there ...
