★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desaconselhavel. Pessimo atendimento e SERVIÇO. (viatura entregue sem estar limpa, burrachas retiradas e deixadas no motor, esguiche dos vidros retirado e a deitar água para o chão em substituição da ligação do tubo do esguiche foi ligado o tubo do reservatório da direção assistida.
Not advisable. Pessimo attendance and SERVICE. (vehicle delivered without being cleaned, donuts removed and left on the engine, window squeegee removed and pouring water to the floor in place of the nozzle tube connection, the power steering reservoir tube was connected.

Pior serviço que alguma vez tive na troca de um vidro frontal, montam vidro c/ defeito e não reparam, eu é que alertei e mesmo assim custou aceitarem que tinha defeito (uma bolha pequena interior), mas no sitio onde era aceitei sem questões, entro no carro junto aos pilares tem excessos de cola a sair, coisa que nunca vi, pois anteriormente que carros que tive já troquei 2 vidros.
Volto la dentro a reclamar e mostro a situação e resposta que levo "e agora que quer que faça que retire o excesso???" c/ uma resposta assim vemos a falar de brio no que fazem.
Nesta empresa e nesta localização nunca mais.
Friendliness sometimes does not equate to good service, which was the case.
Worst service I've ever had when replacing a front glass, they assemble the glass w/defect and don't repair it, I warned them and even so it was hard for them to accept that it had a defect (a small inner bubble), but where it was I accepted it without questions, I get into the car next to the pillars, there are excesses of glue coming out, something I've never seen, as previously, when cars I had, I've changed 2 windows.
I go back inside to complain and show the situation and the answer I get "and now you want me to remove the excess???" w/ an answer like that we see talking about pride in what they do.
In this company and in this location never again.
