Por erro comprei um artigo, e passado uma semana fui lá solicitar a troca, e a sra da loja trocou sem qualquer problema e ainda mostrou disponibilidade em me dar o dinheiro no caso de eu não querer trocar por nada.
Very good service, I strongly recommend.
By mistake I bought an article, and after a week I went there to request the exchange, and the store lady exchanged it without any problem and even showed availability to give me the money in case I didn't want to exchange it for anything.

7 embroidered names were requested, and after a month I called to see if it was ready. initially they said it was already done, then they said it wasn't and they had forgotten. after another 15 days it was ready.. unhappy
