★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't want to give it one star, the service is that bad - my parcel has been stuck in the main depot for 2 weeks while I tried to find it - have been emailing and telephoning - both pointless, for days - the parcel has now been returned to shipper so is on it's way back to the UK - this firm are so bad - if I know a company uses them for delivery I won't order from them, it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the same experience as everyone here! Why don't they close this company or fire everyone? They lied saying they tried to deliver, they lied saying they've contacted me to pick it up somewhere and they lied saying incomplete address. TWICE in one week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal company. Unfortunately used for deliveries by Royal Mail from the UK. A parcel with guaranteed signed-for delivery and traceability never arrived despite GLS claiming they delivered it. Absolute liars, impossible to get a hold of by telephone, and no answer to online questions. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen anything like this. It is a pity that Royal Mail uses GLS when delivering to Portugal, it's sure to have problems. In the last year for three deliveries they never tried to contact me. I wonder if they tried to deliver the packages at all or they go straight to their warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had the same problem as the other people leaving a review here. Our parcel was stored in the warehouse due to 'incomplete address'. Even though the address was correct. However, we went to the GLS warehouse in Aveiro and lady there was very helpful and we collected the parcel without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute disgrace. I've beentrying to contact them for the past week regarding a parcel yet to be delivered to family and they still have it at the warehouse stating "incomplete address". If the local postal service delivers correspondence to this address, how come you can't find it. Maybe if you worked a little harder, you'd get better results. According to Royal Mail, I'm having to wait 20 days to deem the parcel lost and claim compensation. I find it hard to believe that we have to resort to this. It's a simple parcel delivery...not textbook. It's ridiculous that you have no sense of obligation to assist clients are only there to gain you own salary. Phone calls are not answered and emails are not even acknowledged. Awful service! You shôuldnt even be trading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling. I have been unfortunate to have had my UK parcels transferred through this delivery company three times and each time they just hold the parcel in their warehouse! The remark on the tracking of my items is that they can't deliver because my address is incomplete. My address is complete and I have also given them an alternative address of my local papelaria which is very easy to find! They don't respond to my contact forms or ever answer the phone. Avoid this company at all costs, they are totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good news is that I managed to get my parcel. Bad news - it wasn't easy. I've been told that Royal Mail doesn't give all the information to GLS so sometimes it's really hard for GLS to reach the client. I had to call them a lot to get the answer.
