São uma fraude.
Uma gravação diz que tenho uma encomenda avaliada em 200€, mas para isso tenho de pagar 49,00 euros ao transportador.
Recebi uma caixinha, com um brinquedo de plástico de 1,00€ ou menos

A recording says that I have an order valued at 200 €, but for that I have to pay 49.00 euros to the carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetência continua a ser o nome do meio desta transportadora. Têm sedes locais mas o número de contacto é geral para o país todo. Não só não atendem como um só número torna o serviço completamente obsoleto. A única opção de contacto é ir ao armazém senão não há ninguém que resolva um assunto
Incompetence remains the middle name of this carrier. They have local offices but the contact number is general for the whole country. Not only do they not answer, but a single number makes the service completely obsolete. The only contact option is to go to the warehouse otherwise there is no one to resolve an issue

3 days to call, no one answers, they say that people are away when no one rang the doorbell and every day they change the day of delivery.

Era suposto receber encomenda dia 26/10/2021 e até agora nadaaa.. Continua no armazém..
Empresa um pouco irresponsável a cumprir os prazos de entrega..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma transportadora que é uma vergonha, nunca atendem as chamadas mesmo indicando o código postal.
No meu caso ando a tentar falar com eles desde o dia 24.09.2021 e não atendem, fizeram a proeza de entregar uma encomda minha não sei onde...pois foi-me enviado o track da GLS por parte de quem me enviou a encomenda, onde foi entregue no dia 24.09.2021 e até hoje não obtive justificação de ninguém.
No track a minha morada é clara e sem dúvidas, tal situação vai ter consequências para a GLS.
A carrier that is a disgrace, they never answer calls even stating the zip code.
In my case I've been trying to talk to them since 24.09.2021 and they don't answer, they made the feat of delivering an order of mine I don't know where...because the GLS track was sent to me by the person who sent me the order , where it was delivered on 24.09.2021 and to this day I have not received any justification from anyone.
On track my address is clear and without a doubt, this situation will have consequences for GLS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ serviço de atendimento das 14h-18e30 , não atendem desde as 17h e as 18h desligam o telefone. Enviam sms a dizer que tentaram entregar uma encomenda mas ngm atendeu, o problema é que eu estou em casa e vcs nem a campainha tocaram...
customer service from 14h-18 and30, they do not answer since 17h and at 18h they hang up. They send sms saying they tried to deliver a package but ngm answered, the problem is that I'm at home and you guys haven't even rang...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping company ! Everytime I order on amazon, and vendor use GLS transport I never receive my delivery ! Never never. They do not take the call to understand the situation. So i need everytime to cancel the order on amazon and have a big battle to be refund. All this process take few weeks everytime. @GLS you should stop this work, you are really not professional.
