I dont understand how this is possible, all the orders come from amazon uk and i never had a problem with MRW. I dont recomend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous. A scam. No delivery attempt whatsoever. Local tracking system just works when packages were finally sent back to starting point, causing horror and astonishment to the impotent customer, which has no contact lines to communicate with them. Run from them and never look back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a kind of the same problem. Bad Service. It took almost 15 days to get a parcel from Portugal to Germany.
It is better to use CTT MRW or any other "paketshop". GLS, never more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting a month for a package from the UK. Another was returned to the UK 3 times 'incomplete delivery address' which is rubbish (MRW, DHL, UPS all deliver without a problem). A dreadful service in my experience.

I sent a parcel through royal mail, like I always do, thinking it would go to the national post office in Portugal, my surprise is GLS and they leave a note saying that my parents have to pick up the parcel from a different city in 4 days!!! I sent to be delivered at home, I paid for that service and now on top of that expense is the petrol of driving to a DIFFERENT CITY + ROAD TAX!! Who is going to pay that back???
Ps. Yes there is a parcel shop in the city that they live, 10 min away from their house!!!
GLS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very negative experience.
They claim to deliver the package at the end of the scheduled day and say that noone was there to receive it. This is an absolute lie, I was at home and have record of all times the door bell is pressed (it wasn't), and also no paper was left in the mail box regarding a new delivery date.
Also, the call center is not worth your time. If you happen to be lucky to have the call answered you will always face them saying there was nobody to receive the package, it will be delivered on another date and nothing can be done about it.
