★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! After one absence (without any notice) they told me to go pick up the package myself from a place 30 minutes drive from my house with no parking! It just doesn't make any sense and now there is nothing I can do!
*Edit: after I spoke with the provider they did come again and I received my package.

Amazon marketplace order.
As most people complaining, they said "I wasn't home", when I was home all day. I would think that, considering that so many people work from home nowadays, they would find another lie to justify not being able to deliver on time. And I paid extra for faster delivery - maybe that was the mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service I could encounter.
The first time they tried to deliver, I wasn't home. Therefore, I stayed home the following day because they would attempt the delivery one more time, but at the end of the day I receive the following notice: Absent. lol
I was the entire day at home, and my apt is tiny so there is absolutely ZERO chances that I wasn't home.
I tried to call to their number, only to stay in line for 10min waiting for someone to pick up, but the call ended up going to voicemail... during business hours!
Clearly I had to choose to have the parcel delivered to a partner - which is about 30 min from my house.
Just horrible experience, and I don't know why ZARA chose GLS as a delivery service...

Overworked deliverers, terrible customer support, delivery loads far too optimistic that end up on multiple "failed deliveries due to absence" that may lead them to tell you that you need to go pick up the parcel - Imagine having to do this with a mattress with no car of your own.
If it's in your power of choice: GLS, never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered around 100 products from Amazon and I always have reliable companies to deliver the product. These guys stated that they have tried delivering twice, which is a lie, as there is either me or my maid always at home... Now they want me to pick up the item 40 minutes away from my home which costs more than the actual product... Total joke! Plus, they don´t even have a local number for customers to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw all the terrible reviews below and I’m shocked because my package arrived date promised. I called the service Center 2x just to confirm hour delivery, and true to the operators work, my parcel was delivered before close of day.. maybe all the previous bad reviews helped? Either way, I was well treated..
