★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious! I tasted francesinha and is absolutely amazing. Staff is nice and everything is super clean and safe. The menu was plenty of options, hard to decide what to eat - there are also some options for vegetarians!
100% recomended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the best places in Porto for a nice meal with friends. The owner is the nicest person, and very helpful. The place is well located, cosy and cheerful at the same time. And the food is great. Let me tell you about the food: so, this is a gluten free place, right? It's certified by the Portuguese Celiac Association, so it's probably safer than you own kitchen. Now, let me focus on one particular dish: the Francesinha. It's one of the most typical dishes in Porto, and it stirs a lot of passion. People have lost toes arguing about what is the place to eat the best francesinha. Friendships have been broken, Wars have been fought (well, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit on this one). But one thing I know is this: the francesinha in Gluten Freak is for sure up there with the best. And this is no small feat for a dish that has bread as one of its ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had pastel de nata (with coffee) here - and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend to those with gluten sensitivities in need of nata fix lol.
PS. I also bought some biscuits dipped in chocolate to take with me (these were lovely) & some bread (bread was very crumbly - I think one can buy a better gluten free bread in supermarkets these days).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic concept! Nice to see a 100% gluten-free restaurant, when we are gluten intolerant.
The food was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just few minutes walk from my accommodation. Cozy atmosphere, very reasonably prices and, I agree: their Francesinha is a must!
