Go Cycling Portugal is a certified travel agency and tour operator based in Portugal ( RNAVT - 5091 and RNAAT- 18/2015 ), who's goal is to provide all cycling enthusiasts the tools they need to better explore our country.
At Go Cycling Portugal we specialize in bike rentals, bike routes and self-guided bike touring packs so that all adventurers can discover Portugal on a bicycle at their own pace. We provide excellent and finely tuned bikes and gear, supported by our local knowledge as portuguese tour guides and cyclists.
Our motivation is simple: We love to ride in or country and we want to share that with you. We founded "Go Cycling Portugal" to help independent travelers ride in our country. Because we too love the freedom and independence to choose your own route, at your own time, to explore new territories.
Our focus is on providing everything you need to prepare your cycling holidays in Portugal, from bike rentals, bike gear rental, creating and designing bike routes and providing support services for your own tour in Portugal. Our aim is to be of service for you, the cyclist, and your family/group - whatever the pace, goals, region, terrain type or experience you prefer.
We only accept bookings online, not onsite - please check availability and book ahead!

The service was incredible, delivery and pick-up smooth and professional. Only now, trying to rent in other places, did I remember how great the experience was. Highly recommended!

Pedro was really helpful in sorting the bikes but also with advice on the routes and cycling info. Thanks guys we had a blast :)

Great thanks, however, is the need for the mister who handed me bike. For professional and organization guidance, advice and guidance. Everything was done very correctly and on a professional level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommend! Rented 2x Bikes for a self-guided, multi-day trip from Porto to Lisbon. It was so affordable. The bikes were in amazing condition. Pedro was awesome to work with. Also bought their guidebook to help plan the trip, which was essential. Would definitely rent from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good journey. The first biking day wasn't so great as we had to follow the road quite long. But the second day was just great. On very safe roads without traffic. The landscape and the cliffs were just gorgeous. The following days, the roads were also great but you have to be used to go on unpaved roads.
We were very happy about the hotels except for the 4 stars one.
But the others were really beautiful in quiet places and the meals were very good.
The organisation was good and the guys are nice. So go for it !!!

I was travelling at the time, my brother went to pick them up and he interacted with them personally. His reaction was the best. The guys in Lisbon are friendly and very accessible. If they are around i will definitely rent another bike from them

Pick-up and drop-off was super easy and very flexible, which is not something all long term renters will offer. The price is very competitive compared to the rest of the market. Daniel, the person who gave us the bikes in Porto was very kind and thoughtful, he even quickly rushed back to replace the pedals I had ordered by mistake and gave us useful tips for our trip.

We didn't encounter any issues with them, everything goes well and Pedro from Go Cycling Portugal always answered very quick to our emails and was able to satisfy our needs . We enjoyed getting through Alentejo and Algarve on small dirty roads, Portugal is really a good place to travel by bike.
