If I had option to give 0 stars, I will give 0 Zero rating. Its waste/ridiculous to join at Go fit gym Olivia's, they are only interested in collecting money from clients, staff behave in a rude manner, they don't even try to help customers, they don't speak English language they don't help clients at all. I want to share my personal experience at this Go fit gym Olivia's.. I am a foreign national who recently moved to Portugal and living in Lisbon city, I have joined at this gym, in the month of May 2021, at the time of joining they will promise all service, but to avail them you need to book an appointment, which will not be so easy to get. since 4 months I am not able to get nutrition appointment which was promised to me at the time of joining, they don't bother to follow up on clients, they are interested to get more people for money, they don't even proper information to clients. I have complained so many times to the staff, that I am not receiving email communications, their answer is " I don't know, I can't do anything" and if a client wants to meet the manager and discuss this issue, no manager available at gym. They charge you 40 euro a month, and a non refundable one time fee of 23 euros, but still they don't care about it. I generally don't write reviews, but people who wants to join this gym, should know about staff behavior. I hope my review helps new people.....? So people be aware of this Go fit gym Olivia's,

If you are family and with baby to use baby pool you are not able to use it for many hours as classes running and this is big disadvantage. Consider this before subscription

Amazing modern space with good equipment, a pool, several classes and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!!!

Not sure if the swimming pool is legally required to have a lifesaver by the side, but clearly the guy in the room playing his cellphone won’t save your life

Awesome gym. All the professors I had contact with were very gentle. The adaptive bike classes that I usually take is very energetic and you can’t even see the time passing. I really recommend for a person who is searching for a gym which has different kind of classes, pool and an affordable price.

The location and installation are nice, however the water of the pool is very cold and one of the rowing machines haven’t been repaired (it has been a month already)

Go fit is a good place to have good sessions. very complete, competitive prices, nice location. Offers Indoor & Outdoor experiences, smart tech equipments, smart lockers with pen drive that works as entry badge and personal information (helps you to keep your training plans and health info, during the training).

First of all the location is perfect. In the middle of the park! It has some pools for swimming, a big training session floor and also many equipment. You can see all your habits and workouts with your own chip, which is really helpful. The only thing is that the gym is too full in the evenings…
