J	João Tomé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuel deposit double as stated during the booking and no previous notice, as on top of the 70 odd euros for the fuel there is another tax in case you don't return the deposit full. Also, felt really rushed when returning the car, within 1 minute of parking the car, I had to return the keys and no opportunity Given to check the car and if I was forgetting anything in the car.

M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use small tricks to make you buy the full insurance (300 euros), which happened to me. Then, the car given was damaged in many places externally. During the rental period everything was fine. At the end, I was charged even more 10 euros because the tank was not 100% full. But the worst is that I lost something valuable inside the car and they do not reply to my email asking if they've found it.

I paid without properly checking the whole contract and in the end I got all their full insurances which I had no asked for on the 3 party website I used. Be very careful, upon checking online they do this a lot and take advantage of people who are not careful enough

Received a car in a dark place in the night complete damaged in every corner and a problem with the cluch. At the return during check-in they found a small scratch of 2 mm in the windscreen that been there from the beginning but not marked in the check out... been changed 520€ for that!! ?... They are cheap cars but be ready to be changed for any stupid thing even if they need to improvise for it... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
C	Chloé Moiola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't a very good experience at all, we went from a really good price of something like 60 euros (for 2 days) to about 200 euros ! We were pressured into taking full insurance even though we had booked through carjet and had payed for an insurance and also we payed a fee to be able to take the motorway but then later on 22 euros were taken of my bank account for the motorway, maybe I miss understood, but the staff explained it like if you paid the fee that was it you could go on the motorway for "free". They get 2 stars because they weren't annoying when we got a flat tire and had to change cars.

I loved the cars that I had! The staff was very polite and friendly! From the pick up to the drop off. I had an Amazing experience! ?

For contract 21410952, GoldCar gave me a car already with some damages and record a video showing all the damages I found. At that time they told: "This damage is not important, don't care about it". When I return the car is a completely different story. They found a damage under the car, not written in the report and I didn't notice when I collected the car. I saw the video recorded when I collected the car and luckily I took the damage in video, otherwise I need to pay the damage. They aren't honest. I assume they do it, time after time to get more money from clients without 100% insurance.
