Voltei à loja e até agora não obtive nenhuma informação sobre o estado do telemóvel. Emprestaram-me um telemóvel temporário que não estava formatado, possuía PIN do dono anterior, bem como a foto do mesmo. Tive que formatar o telemóvel no computador e continuou bloqueado, aguardando o e-mail e password associados ao telemóvel do antigo dono. Um pouco falta de profissionalismo perante mim, no entanto são funcionários impecáveis.
Unsure if I will change my mind. I took the cell phone I bought at the establishment to fix it, I waited a week and it came back with the same problem. I went back to the store and so far I haven't got any information about the status of the phone. They lent me a temporary cell phone that was not formatted, had the previous owner's PIN, as well as his photo. I had to format the mobile phone on the computer and it remained blocked, waiting for the email and password associated with the former owner's mobile phone. A little unprofessional before me, however they are impeccable staff.
