Comprei uma peça para uma viatura nesta loja que infelizmente veio errado.
Comuniquei À GP85 tal acontecimento, pelo que me pediram para a devolver.
Devolvi a peça para a loja e paguei os portes de envio e para me enviarem a peça correta tive de pagar novamente os portes.
De notar que fiz o pedido correto, pelo que qualquer erro não me pode ser imputado.
Não acho correto tal procedimento, daí a minha avaliação.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied.
I bought a part for a car in this store that unfortunately came wrong.
I communicated this event to GP85, so they asked me to return it.
I returned the part to the store and paid the shipping costs and to send me the correct part I had to pay the postage again.
Please note that I made the correct order, so any error cannot be attributed to me.
I don't think this procedure is correct, hence my assessment.
