I met João's work two years ago when I went to Grawa Sound Studio to record a piece for a solo flute. The studio is very welcoming, the atmosphere is very peaceful and João has the necessary patience to feel comfortable and record without pressure. B	Barry Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2016, I had the absolute pleasure of working with João Sousa in Grawa Sound Studio for the beginnings of my debut album, Portrait. Taking a trip from Ireland to Porto for the weekend, I was truly blown away by the superbly professional studio set up and its gorgeous, scenic backdrop. A beautifully peaceful & inspiring area of the world that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the music. João makes you feel right at home and can honestly say the whole recording experience was a joy from beginning to end. With massive help from a great buddy of mine & fellow musician/sound engineer Eduardo Moreira, we laid down a variety of drum tracks with ease over the course of an afternoon. They turned out sounding impeccable and huge, with Joãos top-of-the-range equipment and expert-level recording techniques. Whether you are from Portugal or abroad, I would highly recommend booking your next recording session in Grawa Sound Studio - it will exceed expectations. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!
