★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had lunch about 15.00hr this Sunday. The two waiters were helpful and professional. The atmosphere was friendly, my wife had the chicken fillets with a beautiful white sauce with a delicate dose of garlic, and chips, and I had the vegetable soup (with grelhos), and grilled lulas with boiled potatoes, red cabbage. We were both very pleased. The soup was hot and one of the tastiest I have had in Portugal. The lulas were well done, and the potatoes and the chips (round flat ones) were very good. The cooks name was Fatima, and since the restaurant is open seven days a week. There is a wide menu and we will come back and eat here again soon. We were pleased . Price with water and coffees 24 euros, and good sized portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't enjoy our dinner there at all. Food was very average, the steak was badly cooked. The octopus dish didn't feel ot got any love. Dishes were bland. Also expensive compare to many other places we visited. I wish we had spent our night some where else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple local restaurant that appeared to be patronized mainly by locals. I had the leitão, which is roast pork. Tasty and succulent, and oh by the way, much better than the leitão I had at a specialty restaurant in the Bairrada, which is known for leitão. It came with a huge delicious side of rice and beans, which resembled paella without all the extras. My husband had the Dorada, which is the Sea Bream. Also delicious! (But he was served the whole fish, which I know some people are squeamish about.) We had two generous dishes, a bottle of water and 1/2 liter of Vinho Verde wine, all for 26 euro. We thought it was amazingly cheap for some of the best food we've had during our 3 weeks in Spain and Portugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the sweetest and most typical Portuguese restaurant you could find in Lisbon. Simple and lovely, amazing food and service.
Mr. Carlos will make sure you feel at home and that you have the best experience trying local food.
Do yourself a favour and go to this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were charged double price for everything. Had to pay for two beers and snacks more than in any other restaurant we visited in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was recommended by local people.Staff are friendly and small cozy restaurant. Price is not expensive but they brought cheese and small starter which we didn’t want to. It was charged so end up not so reasonable.
Chicken curry was very nice. Calamari wasn’t great. I recommend to order chicken curry. My friend love it too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first night in Lisbon and I am off to an amazing start. The lady working here was really nice. Had good recommendations. I ordered the steak on a stone. Not only fun, but i get to make it the way I want. And my mother (an excellent chief in her own right) went on and on about the pork ribs. The house Portuguese red wine was excellent. Good prices on the alcohol. And my mom ordered a desert to go that comes in a metal cup and they told my mom she can keep the container since it has to be served in it. Luckily I’m staying 4 doors down so I can return it in the morning. Great way to kick off the Portuguese experience. Oh and locals were coming in and out to get dinners to go so you know the food is authentic
