Marcação urgente pré-férias para tratamento de cárie ao meu filho menor foi cancelada após me terem solicitado no próprio dia adiantamento da marcação em 1 hora e eu ter chegado "apenas" 45 minutos antes, por me ter sido impossível chegar antes. Total falta de atenção e respeito pelo cliente. Felizmente existem várias outras opções na mesma área com excelentes profissionais e acima de tudo, atenção e respeito pelo cliente, neste caso uma criança, pelo que encontrei outra alternativa para o serviço. Esta clínica e em particular a Dra.Tatiana, nunca mais. Poor attendance, lack of professional ethics.
