★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my carpet to them for cleaning.They said they would deliver to my address the cleaned carpet in a week. Didn't hear from them for 3 weeks so went round to their offices. They were surprised no one had called me. They said if they cleaned my carpet the colour might change so did I still want to go ahead? I took my carpet back and had it cleaned some where else.
