Além da falta de higiene da loja e da própria atendente, ela foi super grossa ao ser questionada sobre os modelos de carros que poderiam ser alugados, alterando seu tom de voz e se levantando de forma agressiva.
Resumindo, um despreparo e um descaso para com o atendimento do cliente.

A Los españoles les deben tener doble cuidado, pues el permiso de conducción de España ni siempre está conforme las reglas de aceptación de la empresa. ¡Ojo! se está clara la fecha de la primera emisión, sino mejor buscar otra locadora o sufrir constrangimento por la atendente. También no hagan pagos online, pues es cobrada taja por el cancelamento si fuera por el permiso de conducción inadecuado a sus reglas. ¡Ojo!
