They are not available to help or answer any questions. I spoke with 2 ladies, both with the same arrogant posture and without any professional posture towards a client. Not advised, the price does not compensate for the lack of professionalism.

Nunca mais irei alugar uma viatura nesta loja em Santa Maria da Feira. O que mais me chamou à atenção foi a falta de respeito em que tiveram comigo e também perante outros clientes presentes.
The workers show no interest in working and helping clients. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store because in customer service they are Zero. I will never rent a car again at this store in Santa Maria da Feira. What struck me most was the lack of respect they had with me and also with other clients present.

Aconteceu algo muito inconveniente, aluguei o veículo por 15 dias, e para minha surpresa, solicitaram o meu comparecimento em alguma unidade para trocar o carro para revisao, durante minhas férias, absurdi. Explicaram que era procedimento normal, mas confesso que nunca presenciei tal situacao. E por fim, taxas surpresas na devolucao. Boa sorte pra quem locar.
Horrible experience...very bad attendants and very grudgingly. Something very inconvenient happened, I rented the vehicle for 15 days, and to my surprise, they asked me to show up at some unit to change the car for inspection, during my vacation, absurdi. They explained that it was normal procedure, but I confess that I never witnessed such a situation. And finally, surprise return fees. Good luck to whoever rents it.
