★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento (só um funcionário a atender). Má coordenação entre informação recebida no serviço central e a loja de Setúbal. Informação que me foi dada para check-out do veículo por 3 vezes não foi a correta.
Slow service (only one employee to answer). Poor coordination between information received at the central service and the Setúbal store. Information given to me to check out the vehicle 3 times was not correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora (penso que se chamava Filomena) que nos alugou o carro era uma querida, super simpática e com vontade de trabalhar (coisa rara hoje em dia), sabia o que estava a fazer e dizer e queria ajudar o cliente o máximo possível. O carro vinha em excelentes condições e era ótimo!
The lady (I think her name was Filomena) who rented us the car was a dear, super friendly and willing to work (rare thing nowadays), knew what she was doing and saying and wanted to help the client as much as possible. The car was in excellent condition and was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente lento, poucos atendentes. Perdi mais tempo na loja para o procedimento do aluguel do carro, que já estava reservado, do que de fato a viagem Setúbal- Lisboa.
Extremely slow service, few attendants. I wasted more time at the store for the car rental procedure, which was already booked, than in fact the Setúbal-Lisbon trip.

VERY slow service, with only 1 employee, more than 40 minutes to get to the car.

(Unlike Sadorent..... Who are possibly the worst car rental firm I've ever experienced)
