I’m a follower because I truly believe what I’ve learned has made me a better person, more kind to myself and the ones around me. Yes! The yoga I’ve learned was more than just postures. I’ve learned to see the world in a different view. There is still a lot to learn and I cannot wait to be with my loved teacher in Satsanga by the fire, singing Bhajans, exploring the big questions and teachings of yoga and crossing modern research, doing my meditation just before sun rises and all those lovely physical practices which keep me strong. I learned practices that allowed me to follow myself deeper and with more clarity. I feel as if a key of wisdom and love has been passed on, and now it's in my will to continue on this path without an end :) Jnandev's teachings and care were out of any possible measurements. Very authentic, structured and we'll organized, yet still able to adjust to our needs and own internal processes. First of all I would like to thank Jnandev and Deepika for their knowledge, wisdom and spirit that they bring alongside the teachings. I cannot recommend the Ashram highly enough, the location itself in Wales is beautiful and being fully immersed in Ashram life was exactly what I needed. I completed the 200hr yoga teacher training course. This really was a personal journey and helped me reflect on how I can take what I have learnt about myself and ashram life into my everyday life back home. I have deepened my practices, my knowledge and myself through ashram life and continue to do so. I loved the course and reading material that we received. The food was also delicious! Its such an holistic and authentic Yoga teacher training which really transforms you deeply und pushes you to the next level of consciousness (at least). I am still able to hold my inner balance and to carry the ashram inside of me. So in sum: I decided to come back and will join the training in April 2022 again
