D	Dilma Morais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting for a while for someone to take my order at a table so I went inside to order. When food arrived, the lady has packed it as "take away". I then explained that I was eating there and she misunderstood me before when i shared that I was just waiting for a long time. The food went back, then returned cold. I was hungry so I started eating but eventually I asked another waitress for hot chips as those were cold. I waited and waited. Then someone else come noticing I was waiting for something. I got my hot chips after finishing the burger. I feel sad with this experience as I was treating myself to a Saturday lunch. I am not sure if I will be back as I had an unpleasant experience before with them. It is a pity. I would say that the employees need more training. The food was pleasant.

We had 3 vegetarians in our group and they only had 1 vegetarian burger available. The other 2 vegetarians were left without burger options. I can't seem to understand how does a restaurant this famous runs out of stock on vegetarian options. They took forever to serve the food. I would not recommend this place if you're vegetarian.

It was tiny and expensive for what it was and not that healthy as it has fried rather than grilled chicken in it. Overall I have the impression that they are becoming complacent and not making any efforts to improve their offering.

Amazing trip to portuguese flavors, genetically engineered into... burgers! Ask for the one with "Alheira"... you WILL return here after that one. And all the others. Great place for families dining out.

I felt the meat was overcooked and again lacking with simple pepper/salt seasoning. Its not really a complaint, 'cause the space, location, staff and Gusty branding is all very nice/professional. Only wanted for the meat which should be the main ingredient in their burgers were better. Lemonade is also really sweet. Its all about personal tastes...in the end, i'd rather a bitter lemonade or at least much less sweetened. Prices are average for this type of meal. Again, staff is very kind and professional.
