É o melhor dos melhores adoro e recomendo... É a minha segunda casa aqui sinto me feliz estou a conseguir atingir os meus objetivos sempre acompanhada nunca sozinha porque temos que aprender a trabalhar com o corpo a postura a mente a respiração e sentirmos o nosso corpo a ter resultados soudaveis Como diz e bem o Luís Mendes uma casa é construída aos poucos e todos nós conseguimos nada de presas.Só tenho agradecer a todos Obrigado It was this gym that I chose for everything health well being friends excellent teachers. It is my second home here I feel happy I am able to achieve my goals always accompanied alone never because we have to learn to work with the body posture mind to breath and feel our body to have healthy results As Luís says and well Mendes a house is built little by little and we all got nothing from tusks.

Qualidade ele tem, agora, os preços???? FODAAA-SE No ato da inscrição, foi-me informado pela rececionista ''Joana'' que a mensalidade seria de 30€ com tudo incluído, nutricionista, pt, professores para ajudar os novos integrantes etc. Depois de assinar o dito do contrato de 1 ANO!, é que me foi dito pela própria da mutacionista na avaliação física inicial que todas as consultas de nutricionismo tinham um custo acrescido de 20€! Fiquei melindrado pois não tinha sido a informação passada pela rececionista. Depois da primeira semana de treino, acompanhado pela PT ''Patrícia'' a mesma estava constantemente a querer impingir-me o serviço de PT. Quando informei que o mesmo não era do meu interesse a ''Profissional'' deixou de interagir comigo. Uma experiência a não repetir! FUCK YOU Upon registration, I was informed by receptionist ''Joana'' that the monthly fee would be €30 all-inclusive, nutritionist, pt, teachers to help new members, etc. After signing the 1 YEAR contract!, I was told by the mutationist herself in the initial physical evaluation that all nutrition consultations had an additional cost of 20€! I was offended because the information had not been passed on by the receptionist. After the first week of training, accompanied by PT ''Patrícia'', she was constantly trying to force the PT service on me. When I informed that it was not in my interest, the ''Professional'' stopped interacting with me. An experience not to be repeated!
