★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente, intitulam-se como ginásio "premium" e praticam preços acima da média quando a qualidade deixa muito a desejar: sala de musculação muito pequena e extremamente quente nos dias de calor, máquinas extremamente antigas e em número reduzido, planos de treino nada personalizados ao aluno. Colaboradores do ginásio extremamente antipáticos. Não aconselho!
 First, they call themselves a "premium" gym and charge above-average prices when the quality leaves a lot to be desired: very small weight room and extremely hot on hot days, extremely old machines and few in number, unpersonalized training plans to the student. Extremely obnoxious gym staff. I don't advise!

My Joana has been swimming since she was 4 years old (10 years old) and she loves the teachers and all the staff is very friendly.
