Aqui ninguém se sente posto de lado e quer se seja gordo ou magro, mais fit ou menos, todos são bem recebidos e não se sentem excluídos! As aulas de grupo dão muito divertidas, e para quem não gosta de aulas de grupo existe sempre a possibilidade de fazer um treino de cardio fitness personalizado, utilizando quer as máquinas existentes ou outro tipo de exercícios individuais. Recomendo a 100 %
Excellent place to do exercises, from the sympathy and professionalism of those who already work to the users who are also nice people. Here nobody feels put aside and wants to be fat or thin, more fit or less, everyone is welcome and do not feel excluded! The group classes are very fun, and for those who do not like group classes there is always the possibility of doing a personalized cardio workout, using either existing machines or other individual exercises. I recommend to 100%
