★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom website, bom atendimento e boas promoções. Fácil comprar pelo website, por vezes existem umas promoções com portes grátis, isso é muito bom e motivador para quem não se consegue dirigir facilmente a uma H&M Home. Pois em Leiria não há nenhuma.
Costuma ter uns produtos muito interessantes. Só tive pena de uma vez ter encomendado um produto que dizia que estava em stock no website, mas já não estava. Quando isso acontece deviam avisar o vosso cliente previamente, para que o cliente decida se ainda quer proceder com a encomenda ou nao, em vez de enviarem sem o produto.
Esta é definitivamente uma das minhas lojas de decoração predilectas. E deviam apostar em abrir mais lojas só para o ambito da decoração da casa, pelo país.
Good website, good service and good deals. Easy to buy through the website, sometimes there are some promotions with free postage, this is very good and motivating for those who can not easily drive to a H & M Home. For in Leiria there is none.
Usually have some very interesting products. I only regret once I ordered a product that said it was in stock on the website, but it was gone. When this happens you should notify your customer in advance, so that the customer decides whether he still wants to proceed with the order or not, instead of sending without the product.
This is definitely one of my favorite decor stores. And they should bet on opening more stores just for the ambiance of the house decoration, for the country.
