j	joao serafim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muita má imobiliaria e serviço prestado ao cliente! muito pouco profissionais na venda dos imoveis e sempre a colocar a culpa no imovel que tinha para venda! queriam vender imovel a amigos investidores por um preço muito abaixo do mercado! ou seja queriam um bom negocio para eles e um pessimo negocio ao proprietario! Vendedores sempre com má cara etc pouco simpaticos e amadores! Depois de colocar em uma imobiliaria concorrente vendi o imovel e ao meu preço! Comissões muito elavadas mesmo sendo imobiliaria pequena que trabalha ao mesmo preço das "grandes" sem o marketing e profissionalismo/ clientes de outras.
