It was amazing. The work they do is so professional and the staff is so kind and does whats best for you hair. I really recommend to go there they have everything you want. That’s what a good hair saloon looks like. And they also speak english if you aren’t from Portugal. So it’s nice for everyone.

This place was an absolute nightmare. I flew from Berlin to get my hair done here because I read all the good reviews. I arrived on time for my appointment and they had me wait on other customers which was fine. However, while I was waiting, two separate women complained that they were unhappy with the services. I tried to ignore it and hope for the best. I came in blonde and asked to dye my hair much lighter and a haircut. When the woman started on my highlights, she seemed thorough and it was.just fine. Then she put my head in a tub to wash out the color. This is when things went badly. She opened my foils and wasn't happy and reapplied color while I'm laying there in a tub for hours, saying nothing to me. At this point I had been there for SIX HOURS. She has some other girl shampoo me and she is very rough, hurting me multiple times as I ask her to stop. At this point I called over the owner Olga to tell her I was very upset. The girl was tangling and pulling at my hair. She started using a brush to rip at the tangles and I tried to take it from her twice. At this point, my hair seemed very damaged from the process. I told them this and Olga says to me that my hair was very dry when I came in and was already like this. Not true! And so crazy to insult a customer like this. Anyway, in the end my hair is much lighter but I refused the haircut because I was too terrified as to what they would do to me. Worst of all when I went to leave, they demanded a video photo shoot of my hair and forced me to smile after 7 and a half hours of pure hell. Olga didn't even come out to speak to me as they charged me 150 euros for this horrible experience. Good luck to them!

I was visiting Lisbon ?? for a city break when I spontaneously decided to colour my hair. I rang many places, but only these guys could accommodate me in a timely, professional and friendly manner. I wasn’t expecting much as this was a last minute plan, but the result has definitely exceeded all my expectations! I have to name the two brilliant staff members that did a fantastic job on my hair - Graziely & Diniz! They gave their time to me on an exceptionally busy day, right on New Year’s eve ? without any prior booking made by me, and without wasting any time, they had fulfilled my request in the friendliest and loveliest manner! The process was followed up by the sweetest owner - Olga, who did an outstanding job when toning and applying a steam infused strengthening mask onto my hair, we had some great chats and she gave me plenty of recommendations and advice about this marvellous city! 100% recommend. Wonderful salon! Ksenia created a real miracle for me! I've never had such beautiful makeup before! I was shining like a star! A real Hollywood diva! Ksenia is a true professional and can make any image of your dreams come true! I'd also like to mention hair! Great hairstyle deserves a separate mention! Furthermore, the salon has excellent manicure masters, and you can also get a massage there. I heartily recommend this salon! Great service and friendly professionals!

Ksenia is EXTREMELY TALENTED and has EXCELLENT customer service- she was dedicated to making me happy and is reasonably priced. She was VERY HELPFUL to me as a bride. She was on time and very accommodating to me as a bride when my photoshoot time moved to earlier. Ksenia is one of the most talented, kindest, and humble hair stylists I’ve ever worked with and other hairstylists have said the same thing. She went above and beyond for me! I wish she was in the United States because I’d use her regularly.
