O atendimento foi bom mas podia ter sido muito mais personalizado e atencioso devido a situação ( cancro ) que os clientes passam. Fui a acompanhar o familiar e não somos muito ouvidos ou dado atenção. A variedade e preço são bons porém quem atende tem apenas atenção de vender caindo o cuidado de lidar com alguém que está a passar por um momento difícil e delicado.
O meu familiar encontrou algo parecido com o que procurava e saiu satisfeito.
Special place for those who need to buy wigs or hair prosthesis. The service was good but could have been much more personalized and attentive due to the situation (cancer) that the customers go through. I went with the family member and we are not very listened to or given attention. The variety and price are good but the attendant only has attention of selling dropping care to deal with someone who is going through a difficult and delicate time.
My relative found something similar to what he was looking for and left satisfied.
