★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good experience, waited over one hour for my stylist as he had been well over booked by reception. Even though I was sat near to the reception area not one person came to explain what was going on. My stylist João was excellent but I think the management need to place more emphasis on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very cute, very clean little shop. The customer service is amazing, and every person I met was smiling and very kind. They speak English if need be, and the man did an excellent job cutting my hair. He continued asking questions to make sure it's what I wanted, and it was very quick - they all know what they're doing and are very professional. It's affordable, and I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not a local customer they don’t care and let you wait. My wife made an appointment at 15:00 and was still waiting at 15:30. A Portuguese lady walked in at 15:30 and was immediately attended. When she complained, the answer was “she haS an appointment”. Needless to say that My wife immediately walked out. Well done! Hair studio Foz my friends, don’t even think about it. Too parochial.
