Em pouco tempo deu resposta e resolveu todas as questões e problemas. A usar uma agência é esta a que eu escolherei daqui para a frente. Sem dúvida. (Não, não sou amiga de ninguém de lá. Não os conheço. Sou só uma potencial cliente, que já conheceu muitas agências de viagens e que muitas vezes optava por não as usar, por preferir resolver os problemas eu própria. Foi bom saber que ainda há muito bons profissionais na área. Fiquei impressionada.)
