T	Thijs Bos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good dive centre. Communication beforehand (scedule, what we're going to see) could have been a bit better but other then that very good. We had bad visibility, but they took all safety precautions so we didn't get lost.

Padi passed end of january: crystal clear water, not so many divers( almost alone!) lots of surprises under water! Berlingas’ island has to be seen. Special thanks to Bruno for the welcoming and taking care of our dog the time we were diving, and of course to José, our pationated instructor, gaving us the taste of diving! See you underwater

The course consisted in 2 days of theory and the first water experiences in the swimming pool and, on the two following days, we headed to Berlengas for the real fun stuff: Diving the Atlantic waters in one of the most majestic spots in Portugal. Bruno was our instructor and with his help we could see a huge progress throughout the 4 days we stayed with them for the course. All the staff is super friendly and their equipment's are in great conditions and we felt extremely comfortable and welcome. We honestly could not have asked for a better diving experience or a better Diving school than Haliotis. We saw octopuses, Ocean Sun-fish, crabs, lobster and countless fish. We felt completely confident going into the final exam and Haliotis was able to certify us on the spot. If you are planning to learn how to dive or to do a first try we would recommend them. In just four days we completed our PADI Open Water Diver Course and we are now certified to dive around the world!

After getting to know Haliotis (facilities, team and course program) I decided that it was the perfect time and place to do my Open Water course. I had never visited Berlengas and the experience was surreal. In addition to the team being super professional and cheerful, all of them have a huge respect and love for the ocean, its biodiversity and a complete knowledge of everything that involves diving. I felt that I was part of this amazing family during these 3 days of the course. I took my Open Water Dive course with the instructor Bruno Ribeiro and I am deeply grateful for all his patience and confidence. He didn't give up on me and always helped me to overcome fears and obstacles I came across with. I was truly blessed! The weather was perfect in Peniche, when we went to Berlengas by boat we had the pleasure to see dolphins and the whole underwater experience was breathtaking. The visibility was incredible and I had lots of fun. I wish I could dive every day! I recommend Haliotis to everyone, you'll love it! Seriously!!! Thanks to the whole team, I have no words to describe all your energy, friendlines and kindness. Peniche is even more amazing thanks to you guys!
M	Marina Arantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time with Haliotis, completing our PADI's open waters course. Bruno was our instructor and he was fun, professional, very competent and laid back. Learning the basics was not too difficult thanks to precise and easy-to-follow instructions. He pointed out the different sea life and would tell us the names of each creature in Portuguese and English. We did two dive trips to Berlenga Island and even though it was a bit of a cloudy day we had a great time. They have a friendly atmosphere and the material was in really good conditions. We learned a lot not only about diving but as also about what other treasures the ocean hides from us. Thanks for a great week Haliotis!

Bruno Ribeiro was my instructor and besides being a super friendly and funny person, he's also very professional and persevering. Diving was even more fun and complete thanks to him. The first day was spent at the pool, but the second and the third day were beyond amazing. We went to Berlengas (a small paradise in Portugal btw) and did two dives each day. I have no words to describe what is like to be underwater. I truly appreciate all the patience and kindness of the team and I can't wait to go back to Peniche and visit Haliotis again. Thank you so much for everything (Bruno, Ariana, Mariana and Pedro) and for making me feel safe and welcome all the time. You guys are the best!

The weather, the crew, the site everything was surpassing all expectations. All of us were super thrilled and happy with the experience but also with the felling of safety the the crew made us feel. On a personal note Mariana Jerónimo was my dive instructor, and luckily the best one in the all World, she was funny, attentive, easy going and super nice in general!I can’t recommend it more. Thank you Haliotis for everything. Hope to see you guys again ?????
