★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice small and comfort house with everything you might need. TV. Internet. Kitchen and every modern appliance. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The biggest fault is far away from the subway system and Light meter seems that can't handle anything. Always going off for simple things. It's annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the groundfloor apartment from december till mid march. It's a nice and well equiped apartment. Location is central, but street is quiet. Metro is about a 10 to 15 min walk away. Rafael was very helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fab place to stay. It's very near lots of bars and restaurants, but this road itself is quiet and we were not disturbed. The communication was great. They let us check in early so we could leave our bags and go out for the day. The flat was clean. We had everything we needed. A coffee machine with pods was an extra we were not expecting. Occasionally if a lot of appliances were running the electricity would go off but you reset the switch and it's ok. The subway is about 10- 15 mins walk.
