D	Dávid Zsolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreamly bad experience because of the food. I ordered a double meat burger, 1 meat was okay, 1 meat was completely raw ( pink) uncooked! I sent it back by the waiter after they gave me a new burger and it was a completely BLACK BURNT charcoal meet burger for €21.45. Also, we ordered a steak salad (€20), the steak was chewy and not fresh. The chips was cold. Fried onions like a rubber (not fresh). We regularly visit Hard Rock caffes, but we have never experienced before like this. By the way, the place was really good (aparft from the very loud music). Staff was friendly and kind this why the 2 stars.

N	Natalia La Gatta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this is the worst Hard Rock I’ve ever visited. I was extremely disappointed as I’m a huge fan of the franchise and was not expecting this. I arrived at Lunch time (h12:30) with no booking, so I fairly waited for 25 minutes; once our table (for 2)was ready, the waiter brought us upstair and the floor was completely empty, apart for 2 tables with 2 couples (just ONE table had the ‘Reserved’ sign, the others were free).They did the same thing with all the other customers, from where I was sitted I could see the huge line of people waiting, and the whole place empty. The prices were pretty high (which I totally understand) but the food was not worth it, at all. My boyfriend took an hamburger (which was the smallest I’ve ever seen) with so few french fries that they looked like they were for a kid’s portion. The onion ring was very bad, as per the dressings, and the bacon was burnt and therefore chewy and dry. Some of the employees were very nice and committed, but on the overall they REALLY need to learn how to approach to customers (basic things like not screaming in people’s face, smiling and using “Please/Thank you”). Never again, is just expensive with no quality.
E	E V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, interesting memorabilia, excellent location. It needs healthier options in the menu though, salads, veggies and fresh fruit juices.

Shoutout to INES who served us on our first day here, and took the time to recommend us some nice places to go to, and always had a kind word with us! Thank you so much!

The drinks are smaller than I thought but strong enough to keep you happy. We sat at the bar and a kind guy, Filipo, helped us out: not crowded that night. Just good enough to feel full but not too much. The store is expensive as expected
