★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertenço ao Crntro de saúde do Souto da Carpalhosa e para conseguir umas simples credenciais para o meu filho de 6 anos que nem tinha conhecimento da alteração de plano das consultas abertas e fui á Ortigosa e estava também fechado.Isto é péssimo ?
 I belong to the Souto da Carpalhosa Health Center and to get some simple credentials for my 6-year-old son who was not even aware of the change in the plan for open consultations and I went to Ortigosa and it was also closed. This is terrible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal do centro é rude, desagradável e agressivo. SNS24 nos disse para ir aqui e mostramos à assistente o sms que recebemos do SNS24. Assim que a assistente leu o texto, ela chamou a enfermeira e ela gritou com a gente, na sala de espera e na frente de outros pacientes. Não havia senso de privacidade, nem de gentileza. Existem várias maneiras de explicar como o sistema funciona para as pessoas que podem estar erradas, e isso não inclui gritar com as pessoas às 9h na frente de outros pacientes. Realmente não entendo como um profissional de saúde pode ser tão desprovido de tato, prudência ou compaixão, já que eu mesmo sou médico.
The center staff is rude, obnoxious and aggressive. SNS24 told us to go here and we showed the assistant the sms we got from SNS24. As soon as the assistant read the text, she called the nurse and she yelled at us, in the waiting room and in front of other patients. There was no sense of privacy or kindness. There are several ways to explain how the system works to people who might be wrong, and that doesn't include yelling at people at 9:00 am in front of other patients. I really don't understand how a healthcare professional can be so lacking in tact, prudence or compassion, since I am a doctor myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this centre are rude, unpleasant, and aggressive. We were referred by SNS24 to go here and showed the assistant the sms we received from SNS24. As soon as the assistant read the text, she got the doctor and we were shouted at by the door in front of various other people. There was no sense of privacy or kindness here. There are various ways of explaining the ins and outs of the health care system to people who might be mistaken, and they don’t include shouting at them at 9am in front of other patients.
Will never come back. Avoid it if you can.
