★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to agree with what others have said already. Their phone number cannot be reached. They promise to get in touch with you, but they don´t. If you go there in person, they let you wait for 20 or 30 mins, you get a very brief appointment and they don´t send you what they promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request of utente pending for more than a month without any response or update. The only thing that is given is the same email address for complaints and for requests.
First the guard is showing you the email address from which you'll never get a response.
Then, when you're coming back and saying that you got no answer, you're getting to the reception giving you their email address, from which you're supposed to receive an answer in 4 business days.
Then you receive a generic automatic email saying to wait for 10 business days.
You still have no answer. You come to the centro de saude and they are telling you to wait for 2 more weeks.
In 4 years paying my taxes in Portugal and working here, any centro de saude has even wanted to check my documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the worst place for care. Unfortunately if you don't have a choice and have to go here, bear in mind there will be someone kind in the building that will actually want to help you, it's just about finding that person...be persistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respect for the person at all.worst experience and the person at the front needs to learn manner how to speak to the person who are coming there to seek help from doctor so put yourself in there shoes and if you have some humanity left then you will realize that how you guys are treating people is completly unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic I've never been in my life (and I'm originally from one of the poorest area of Italy).
It's so bad organized and the employees are rude. (Not all of them of course)
I likely speak Portugues, but I saw one of the employee shouting to a foreign guy in Portugues the following sentence: "we are in Portugal, I don't serve you if you don't speak our language".
I repeat, not all of them are like that because in other cases I saw someone of them speaking in English.
I think the mine problem is that they are short-staffed and overstressed for the amount of work, but this touch the rights of thousands of people living in this area.
I took 7 months to be registered in the clinic. This is crazy!! At the end I got the registration only because I asked the "livro das reclamações", the claim book.. and magically they become nice, polite and registered me.
I lost time in weeks of email conversation, 3 days in the clinic and hours of lines because of misendertanding and bad management just for doing a simple vacine (not the covid one).
I often hope to find a house in a different area to change centro de saúde because I feel like I don't have a free health support.
This is ashamed because is one of the most important center of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal and all the Portugues health system get a bad reputation because of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 38 degrees fever and all I needed was a doctor to speak to, to get some medicine and find out what I have. The receptionist refused to help me in any way and send me to a hospital where I had to wait 4 hours just to find out that I have nothing serious. The worst „service“ ever I received in a medical institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the bad reviews of others I just had good experience there. Went there in afternoon for changing the address and SNS matter the security guard gave form to fill with new details and said it’s ok the address will change in 3 days. Than for SNS problem he gave token and waited for 20 min. The lady at counter 1 can speak very good English and helped to solved the problem immediately. That’s all over was good experience. Good luck to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would... Some weeks ago I came with my pregnant girlfriend and the receptionist set an appointment for New Years Eve. When we got there this morning it was shut, we waited outside for a good half hour as droves of people met the same fate we did. We tried to call but no answer, no word of warning was given to us prior our arrival. A lot of the staff have no manners and it's pure chaos inside.
I hope the new year comes with new attitudes towards the people they are there to help.
