I	IN pasc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende os telefones, aceitam as inscrições de utentes e não as concretizam de imediato, como obrigatório por lei, e quando questionados por isso, é sempre para a semana que vem... enfim, uma convergência de faltas que apenas prejudicam quem precisa deste sistema de saúde caduco gerido por gente competente na sua própria incompetência. Nobody answers the phones, they accept the users' registrations and they don't do them immediately, as mandatory by law, and when questioned for that, it is always for next week ... in short, a convergence of absences that only harm those who need this obsolete health system managed by competent people in their own incompetence.

Instalações novas, bem cuidadas e limpas. Very well organized center, I came to the emergency room, they were full and even so they managed to be agile and treated me very well; attentive staff. New, well-kept and clean facilities.

Pessoal administrativa constituída por pessoal desqualificado arrogantes a roçar a má educação. Não atendem o telefone, colocando-o mesmo no descanso, testemunhei isso pois liguei da porta principal de vidro para saber o protocolo de entrada estava à tempo à espera. Quando confrontadas pela situação levas uma repreensão uma gritaria que parece uma peixaria. Great facilities, very attentive and professional medical staff. Administrative staff made up of arrogant, disqualified personnel bordering on bad manners. They don't answer the phone, putting it on the stand, I witnessed that because I called from the main glass door to find out the entrance protocol was waiting in time. When confronted by the situation, you scold a scream that looks like a fishmonger.
T	Tom & Marje Naismith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been attending regularly for Via B12 injections. This is a very simple and non time consuming procedure taking less than 5 minutes in total. On virtually EVERY occasion I have been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes; today 45 minutes, and on a previous occasion 90 minutes. Today, I walked out!. The reception staff are inept, disinterested, and keep no track of the length of time a patient has been waiting. The nurses have rarely been occupied with other patients yet I am always kept waiting without the courtesy of an explanation nor apology. As a retired nurse myself I know how matters work, and this is inexcusable as there has never been any hint of the staff being busy.....quite the opposite. I have asked the reception staff to update my address on at least 5 occasions, and it has yet to be done. Therefore my healthcare mail and some appointments are frequently sent to an old address. This is laziness.
