★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I wanted to book dates to see a doctor and no one would assist us as we spoke English. My grandmother had gone previously and she was helped with no problems so there is no excuse for the way the lady treated us. The Security guard was also extremely rude. No one working at any medical place should behave this way. Horrendous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it may be hard to get through on the phone, this a similar issue in many health facilities depending on which time of day etc.
Even though we do not speak portuguese or are residents, we received brilliant health care over a longer period. It is all about the people; flexible, kind and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When trying to make a question to the person working on the reception, the answer was "Please wait until we call your number and if you have questions talk to the security". Paying taxes for this type of service is a shame and this type of behavior is not helpful or acceptable at all. Please give education to your staff so we can all live in a healthy community. Thanks!
