★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inadmissível, depois de ter consulta marcada em Medicina Geral para as 21h15 e eram 23h ainda não tinha sido atendida e ainda me perguntam se queria adiantar pagamento para ser mais rápido, (porquê) a clínica fechava às essas mesmas 23h e as meninas não podiam esperar ou o Sr.Doutor 2h como eu esperei por uma consulta que estava marcada para as 21h15, pois vim embora sem consulta (por opção minha).
Mas graças a Deus já estou medicada obrigada á clínica Cruz Verde que me atendeu com uma espera de 10m.
É vergonhoso chegar á hora marcada e nem terem a amabilidade de dizer que (as consultas estavam atrasadas).
Para uma 1 vez deceção total.
Inadmissible, after having an appointment in General Medicine for 9:15 pm and it was 11:00 pm, she had still not been seen and they still ask me if I wanted to advance payment to be faster, (because) the clinic closed at that same 11:00 pm and the girls couldn't wait or Mr.Doctor at 2:00 am as I waited for an appointment that was scheduled for 9:15 pm, as I left without an appointment (by my choice).
But thank God I'm already medicated, thanks to the Cruz Verde clinic, which took care of me with a wait of 10m.
It's shameful to arrive on time and not even have the kindness to say that (the appointments were late).
For a 1 time total disappointment.
