 Personalized service and 5 stars. The best and friendliest I've ever visited. I recommend homemade meals with products from the farm itself.

Reservation made and confirmed on its website. The day before I call to make sure everything is correct. They answer me that they do not consult their website and they settle me with a dry "is full". Not even a paltry apology ...

No dia 28/08 fiz um pedido/consulta através do site. No mesmo dia e passadas umas horas enviei e-mail para os endereços constantes na página. No dia 01/08 enviei novo e-mail. A nenhum desses contactos recebi resposta.
Dia 04/09 procurei o perfil de Facebook enviando uma mensagem sobre o assunto.

Resposta... Lamentaram o sucedido mas só estavam a fazer reservas unicamente por telefone, mencionando os contactos telefónicos.
Para que serve o site? Para que serve a "secção de reservas" do site?
Fico espantado com algumas boas reviews e no entanto senti uma enorme falta de educação por parte dos responsáveis... Deixando de lado outras considerações... Especialmente nesta época...em que mais que nunca é necessário cativar os clientes!!!
I don't know how to classify.
On 08/28 I made a request / consultation through the website. On the same day and after a few hours, I sent an email to the addresses on the page. On 08/01 I sent a new email. I received no response to any of these contacts.
On September 4, I looked for the Facebook profile by sending a message on the subject.

Answer ... They regretted what happened but were only making reservations only over the phone, mentioning the telephone contacts.
What is the site for? What is the "reservations section" of the site for?
I am amazed by some good reviews and yet I felt an enormous lack of education on the part of those responsible ... Leaving aside other considerations ... Especially at this time ... when more than ever it is necessary to captivate customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an exceptional experience at the Serrinha. My fiancee and I arrived without reservation on a raining afternoon by bike. Even though they were closed to prepare for an important event the next day, the owners took us in and gave us a room. Because we could not return to the village on our bikes for diner in the pouring rain ,they made us a great meal from the food they were preparing for the event. Thank you so much for your warm welcome! We will alway remember your beautiful herdade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A magnificent place in the heart of Portugal. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Delicious home cooked food every night matched with great regional wines.
The breakfast with fruit and homemade pastry and cold cuts. (The black pig's chorizo was out of this world!)
The right place to unwind from the daily routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place, rural and quiet. Beautiful scenery just outside of a small town. The area is very pretty, and the building is spacious, the rooms are very nice, and the pool and outdoor area as well. Everyone working here is very kind and the food was amazing! We loved staying here and highly recommend it for those looking to get out of a bigger city scene.
