How is it possible for such a company, nowadays to provide a general / central telephone number that nobody answers ??? I have been trying to contact this company for 2 hours and it is completely impossible for me. a shame! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herz in Portimao heeft ons uitstekend geholpen toen we problemen hadden met een huurauto. Deze auto gaf een alarmerende waarschuwing maar toen we bij Herz parkeerde was die weer weg. Toch kregen we onmiddellijk een andere en fijnere auto. Complimenten voor de medewerkers.
Herz in Portimao helped us very well when we had problems with a rental car. This car gave an alarming warning but when we parked at Herz it was gone again. Yet we immediately got a different and nicer car. Compliments for the employees.

Today I had to leave a rental car at the portimão store and informed the attendants that I was going to be late due to traffic, they were super polite to me, they always tried to wait for me, exceptional service! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a car here, only the service was very poor. There is no right protocol for customer service hertz needs to pay attention and eduacate there employees. Furthermore give some documention for returning the car , for proof of dismissing the car. Hope this changes in the future
