J	James Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +good location, with many restaurants and shops nearby +clean +complementary breakfast is good -customer service can be improved: when needing American outlet, the front-desk told me to buy it myself; safe in-room didn’t work, and front-desk wasn’t urgent to fix it, so ended up not using it -room strangely configured, with no desk, shower room with no body wash -roof pool is really small, so don’t think you can actually swim in it from the pictures Overall just ok, but would stick with big chains next time myself (e.g., ihg) so there’s more predictable level of service and offering.

m	mary mcgrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brilliant hotel,stayed for 4 nights, breakfast included and very nice,there is a lovely selection of hot and cold food.staff in dining room are very polite and friendly,hotel rooms are very comfortable,the staff on reception were very helpful at all times,the pool area is small but we enjoyed the time we spent there and there was a lovely friendly young guy serving in the bar,he was very nice and had a very nice personality. I will recommend this hotel to other people,I really enjoyed my stay here from 4/10/21 to 8/10/21 . Thank you Fenix music hotel.
P	Pavel Kučera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel in a musical style, seems to be more a 4*. Large room, clean, unique lighting system, just the bathroom... Well, you will hear almost anything :-) Currently you need to choose a time frame for your breakfast and are not allowed to chose yourself, instead the staff will bring you whatever from the buffet you wish, you can choose just with your eyes from a meter distance :-) Great rooftop pool and bar, wine from 4 EUR, cocktails for 8,50. Just the pool capacity is relatively small compared to the hotel capacity, only some five or six sunbeds plus other seat equipment.
E	Ed Preisendanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to check-in early upon request because my flight arrived at 8 in the morning. The hotel is very modern and in immaculate condition. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Great view from my room (7th floor) on the back of the building. The have a good outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. And they have breakfast in the morning in the lowest floor. The location is convenient to public transportation or walking to see the sights. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, polite personnel and helpful at anytime. Nice variety breakfast. The hotel is located at the centre of the city really close to the metro next to lovely park. The rooms are high quality like a luxury hotel, modern, clean and sound proof. Definitely we will come back! Thanks a lot for this lovely experience!
