★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ginásio que recomendo, pelo ambiente tranquilo, pelos preços ótimos que tem,pelo Marco que é o proprietário do ginásio e meu amigo e mesmo não sendo 1 ginásio de grandes proporções, ainda assim tem tudo para quem quer treinar,seja por gosto ou seja 1 atleta de alta competição!!!
Experimentem e com certeza vão gostar,eu já lá estou à quase 3anos e é pra continuar ???
1 gym that I recommend, for the quiet environment, for the great prices, Marco who owns the gym and my friend and even though it is not a large gym, it still has everything for those who want to train, whether for pleasure or 1 athlete of high competition !!!
Give it a try and you're sure to like it, I've been there for almost 3 years now and it's to continue ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é o típico ginásio grande que está em todas redes sociais com campanhas incríveis, imagens maravilhosas mas posso garantir que tem máquinas modernas, organizado e tem um professor de qualidade com formação superior e sabe minimamente o que faz logo se consegue diferenciar do habitual, ginásios grandes professores, não todos mas uma grande parte mal formados.
Conheco o Marco, que é o professor e posso garantir que é competente. Tenho imensa pena de viver longe pois voltava hoje para o HF.

It is not the typical big gym that is on all social networks with incredible campaigns, wonderful images but I can guarantee you have modern machines, organized and have a quality teacher with a higher education and you know minimally what you do as soon as you can differentiate from the usual, gyms great teachers, not all but a large part malformed.
I know Marco, who is the teacher and I can guarantee that he is competent. I feel very sorry to live far away because I was going back to HF today.
