★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Tarde! De todas as vezes em que eu estive na Pousada, o atendimento foi excelente. Nunca vi sujeira, todas as acomodações sempre limpas, nada me faltando. O preço muito bom. Só espero que a reforma seja breve, estou com muita saudade de Braga, uma cidade maravilhosa.
Good afternoon! Of all the times I stayed at the Pousada, the service was excellent. I've never seen dirt, all the accommodations always clean, nothing missing. The price very good. I just hope that the renovation is short, I miss Braga, a wonderful city.

Pessoal de atendimento top, quer de recepção por administrativos sempre prontos a resolver qualquer situação. É o pormenor da mega tv para se sentar no sofá a relaxar!
Sem dúvida uma pousada a voltar mais vezes. Então os pequenos deliram...
Youth hostel with 4 star hotel conditions. All new luxury, programmable air conditioning, five minutes walk from the historic center.
Top service personnel, whether from reception staff, always ready to solve any situation. It is the detail of the mega tv to sit on the sofa to relax!
Without a doubt an inn to return more often. So the little ones are delirious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é uma critica ao local mas sim ao processo de reserva...reserva Intrarail em que não avisaram que não tinham acordo no entanto estão ligados ao sistema das pousadas e pediram o numero do cartão do Intrarail...fica o aviso NÂO TEM ACORDO INTRARAIL! Só se percebeu no checkin...procurou-se noite em outro local, senti-me enganado (não ia deixar dinheiro ali com todo o transtorno que isto provocou)! Incompetência!
It is not a criticism of the place, but of the reservation process ... Intrarail reservation in which they did not warn that they had no agreement, however, they are linked to the inns system and asked for the Intrarail card number ... the warning is NOT AGREED INTRARAIL! It was only noticed at the checkin ... we looked for night at another place, I felt cheated (I wasn't going to leave money there with all the inconvenience this caused)! Incompetence!
