A minha experiência é péssima por causa de um telemóvel que comprei através da Stock-off, só me apetece, chamar-vos de ladrões, o telemóvel veio avariado 2 vezes e não me devolvem o dinheiro, tudo isto comessou em Abril e já vamos em Julho, tenham vergonha.....

My experience is terrible because of a cell phone I bought through Stock-off, I just feel like calling you thieves, the cell phone came out broken 2 times and they don't give me the money back, it all started in April and we're going to July, be ashamed .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado una cabina Hidromasaje y el plato de ducha llega roto y con los cristales de la cabina totalmente rayados. Se han puesto en contacto conmigo y con la mayor brevedad posible dicen que me lo van a solucionar. A la espera de que así sea para poder valorarlo con 5 estrellas.
Una semana más tarde, Tras haberme enviado nuevamente las piezas defectuosas, se procede a su instalación y esta vez el fallo es que los cristales interiores son de diferentes medidas a las puertas, torres y guías...
Todavía tendremos que esperar más para encontrar una solución. Entre servicio técnico, transporte y demás, seguimos perdiendo tiempo y dinero

I have bought a hydromassage cabin and the shower tray arrives broken and with the glass of the cabin totally scratched. They have contacted me and as soon as possible they say that they will solve it for me. Waiting for it to be so to be able to rate it with 5 stars.
A week later, after having sent the defective parts back to me, they are installed and this time the fault is that the interior windows are of different sizes on the doors, towers and guides ...
We will still have to wait longer to find a solution. Between technical service, transport and more, we continue to lose time and money
Totally dissapointed. Not recommendable!!!

A resposta que obtenho é de que vamos acreditar que chegara ai e breve. Sendo socia da Deco e participante, irei ate as ultima consequencias. Numa altura de doenca familiar é crime publico
